Products leave the factories within quite accurate time windows as noted on every product detail page. Transit times will vary but you can track your shipment to the minute through the carrierís site. Standard ground service will bring your chair to your door or dock, but no further. If you need inside delivery or set-up you must contact us or make a notation at the time of order placement. We will make arrangements with the appropriate carriers to implement your request. This will result in possible special delivery service fees.

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a chair simply call us toll free at 1-888-766-1010 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. sitcorrect.com chairs can be returned within 30 days subject to the following conditions. All products must be returned to us in Providence, RI freight prepaid. You will also be responsible for the original outbound freight, which will be deducted, from your return refund. Even though your chair(s) may have shipped without an additional freight charge(free), we still deduct our original outbound freight charge(cost to ship to you). Any assembly fees/additional shipping fees are also not refundable. The product must be in the original shipping container in the original factory packaging with all fillers and parts intact. If the chair fabric is coded 'NR' which designates special order, the chair can be returned to us for a 30% restock fee which will be deducted from your credit along with the original outbound freight costs per our standard return policy terms and conditions. If the chair is built from a stock fabric, leather or vinyl and not marked 'NR' the chair can be returned without the restock fee. We reserve the right to not accept back NR or special order chairs in lots beyond 6 units. Ergonomic accessories -- including workstations, CPU holders, footrests, keyboard trays, monitor arms, lighting, and back care products -- are not returnable, unless defective.
Once the product leaves the factory or distribution center, your order cannot be cancelled. This usually occurs within the first 24-48 hours of the product delivery cycle. Our orders are placed the same day that we receive them and we have little flexibility for canceling once underway. If you place an order that requires a ënon-stockí fabric, and is not shipped right from stock, we do stand a better chance of catching it before it enters production. Again, once the order is in the factory schedule, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Be assured, that we will work with you in assisting in ëorder changesí when required.

Warranties usually exclude fabrics and foam, which can be subjected to unusually high wear in certain work environments. Warranties almost always cover the basic structural components of the chairs but can also exclude the gas cylinders and certain other key components.
